All apartment prices are daily rates. Triptychon is usually available for guests from April 1st to October 31st. Bookings at other times may be possible after prior arrangement.

Extra requests

Car Rental (local company)	about 50,00 to 100,00 €/day
Physiotherapy and massage	can be arranged
Dinner at the village tavern (beverages included)	ca. 10,00 €
Transfer from Kalamata or Patras (Araxos) in a car without special equipment Kalamata (per trip): Araxos (per trip):	45,00 € 70,00 €

Prices include

First breakfast and dinner on day of arrival

Final cleaning (when staying 7 days or longer, 35,00 € otherwise)

Cancellation of reservation

1. Cancellation only accepted by post or fax.
2. Cancellation before having made a deposit is free of charge.
3. Cancellation after having received the booking confirmation is liable to pay costs:
   Till two months before the day of arrival, charge is 15% of total costs
   From two months till the day of arrival, charge is 90% of total cost
4. If we are forced by certain circumstances to cancel your booking we will refund the total amount you have payed.
